I am a mother of four and a grandmother of a sweet baby boy.

I hold a master’s degree in East West Psychology and have worked in the medical field for 20+ years.

I know how to navigate the health care system and can refer clients to community resource if needed.

I am an experienced Medical Social Worker, Doula Certified, Reiki Practitioner, Massage/Body Sculpting Contouring Trained.

I combine my educational background and my holistic approach to maternal health. Focusing on the whole person (body, mind, and spirit).
