Hello! I'm Fabiola,

I am a mother of four and a proud grandmother to two sweet baby boys.

I hold a master’s degree in East-West Psychology, along with certifications in Ecopsychology and Resilience Leadership from the California Institute of Integral Studies.

I am an experienced doula, and Lamaze-certified practitioner, as well as a master-level Reiki practitioner, group meditation facilitator, and professionally trained in massage and body sculpting.

With more than 20 years of experience in the medical field, I understand how to navigate the healthcare system and can connect clients with community resources when needed.

I bring together my educational background and holistic approach to maternal health, focusing on the whole person—body, mind, and spirit.
