Hello! I'm Fabiola, Doula

I am a mother of four and a grandmother of a 2 sweet baby boys.

I hold a master’s degree in East West Psychology, Ecopsychology & Resilience Leadership Cert. from California Institute of Integral Studies.

I have worked in the medical field for 20+ years. I know how to navigate the health care system and can refer clients to community resource if needed.

I am an experienced Medical Social Worker, Doula & Lamaze Certified, Reiki Practitioner, Group Meditation Facilitator, and Massage/Body Sculpting Trained.

I combine my educational background and my holistic approach to maternal health. Focusing on the whole person (body, mind, and spirit).
