ABOUT me

I am a certified doula with a master's degree in East-West Psychology, along with certifications in Ecopsychology and Resilience Leadership from the California Institute of Integral Studies (CIIS) 

With over 20 years of experience in the healthcare field, I have worked across various hospital settings — yet the most meaningful and rewarding aspect of my career has been supporting expectant mothers.

In 2023, I founded my doula practice to merge my professional experience, educational background, and integrative approach to maternal wellness. My work focuses on nurturing the whole person — body, mind, and spirit — empowering you and your partner through pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum journey. 

I do this by offering wellness services, prenatal or postpartum massages, breath work, and energetic chakra balance. 

Please note: Quantum Reiki energy work is offered in partnership with Primordial Reiki’s Antojai® Quantum Reiki practitioner and is not included in every session unless it is specifically requested or recommended by your doula.
