ABOUT me

I am a mother of 4 and a grandmother of 2 young boys, certified doula, Lucumí practitioner, Quantum Reiki Grand Master, and eco-psycho-spiritual practitioner, holding a Master's degree in East-West Psychology, along with certifications in Ecopsychology and Resilience Leadership from the California Institute of Integral Studies (CIIS). 

My work weaves together mindful breath-work, Jung depth psychology and spiritual care, supporting individuals as they heal and deepen their relationship with themselves and the natural world. I see the whole person, mind, body, and spirit, as one interconnected whole.

Alongside Karlos of Primordial Reiki, an Antojai Quantum Alchemy Ascended Master Shaman, we offer a truly unique experience through pregnancy, labor, and postpartum, serving families worldwide.

My healthcare career spans more than 20 years across a variety of hospital settings, yet nothing has been more meaningful or rewarding than walking alongside expectant mothers. 

In 2023, I founded my doula practice to unite my clinical experience, educational background, and integrative approach to maternal wellness, nurturing the whole person while empowering you and your partner through pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum journey.

I do this by offering wellness services, prenatal or postpartum massages, mindful practice, guided meditation, breath work, and energetic chakra balance. 

Please note: Quantum Reiki energy work is offered in partnership with Primordial Reiki’s Antojai® Quantum Reiki practitioner and is not included in every session unless it is specifically requested or recommended by your doula.
